Like Escadaria Selarón in Rio de Janeiro are a colorful gathering place reflecting the soul of its surroundings: so our stairs became, through the years, a hub for different cultures and generations turning into a melting pot reuniting maltese and expats
alike.
The atmosphere continues throughout the bar, where the colors and the Reggae music fill the rooms and our dancefloor is ready to provide you with great live events (we're just waiting for the COVID storm to pass and to be
able to organize events in a safe environment).

Our Story
The story of Juuls began in 2008. When a group of maltese friends established the most famous Reggae & Chill Out bar in the Island.
Our team is made of genuine and friendly people and we aim to spread good vibes by creating the coziest place in St. Julian's, where people can hang out after work or party hard in the weekend. After many years of fun, DJ sets with international friends, boat parties, we are still here, full of passion for our work, giving you a special kind of experience, a journey made of exotic flavors and sounds.
The cheerful and colorful stairs looking over the sea are always packed with lovely people while our bartenders make expertly mixed cocktails and the music is blasting from early in the evening. That`s what makes this place special.

COVID-19 Regulations
Unfortunately, these are difficult times for everyone, and we too must strictly follow the restrictions issued by the government to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We can't wait for it all to be over, to return to dance together and hug each others.

We still recommend everyone to enjoy their time in a responsible way, mantaining safe distancing and wearing a mask whenever possible... These are hard times for all of us but we can get through it if we all work towards the same goal!
